What happens if there is damage to the backdrop during the event?
Minor wear and tear are expected, but significant damages may incur additional charges. We encourage clients to inform us promptly about any issues during the event.
Can you customize balloon designs to match my event theme?

Do you provide services for corporate events?
Absolutely! I offer balloon styling services for a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and promotional events.
How long do balloon arrangements typically last?
The longevity of balloons varies, but I use high-quality materials to ensure your arrangements stay vibrant throughout your event.
What happens during pickup after my event?
Upon pick up we are only responsible for our rentals. You are responsible for popping and properly disposing of balloons. A breakdown fee can be added for balloons disposal.
What happens if there's an issue with the balloons during the event?
I'm committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If any issues arise during the event, please contact me promptly, and I'll address them to the best of my ability.
Can I customize the backdrop to match my event theme?

What is included in the package?

How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred date and ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Do you provide delivery, and is there an extra cost?
We offer free delivery withing 15 miles of 92591. Anything outside of that radius will incur an additional delivery fee. We'll provide a transparent breakdown of costs during the booking process.
Are the backdrops and balloons suitable for outdoor events?
Yes, our backdrops and balloons are able to be placed indoors and outdoors. Please note that due to weather conditions, any outdoor set ups could cause popping of balloons, including but not limited to grass, trees and heat from the sun.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, a 50% security deposit is typically required when booking to hold your date. This is non-refundable.
